Exploro dataset of the greater Utgard Field
Exploro AS, in cooperation with Diskos and the FORCE Hackathon 2018 organizing committee, is proud to disclose a portion of our Exploro North Sea Toolkit for the FORCE Hackathon and Advances of Machine Learning on Subsurface Data seminar on September 18-20, 2018.
Exploro AS has disclosed a portion of our 3D merge along with petrophysical analysis:
- The disclosed area partly covers blocks 15/8 and 15/9 in the North Sea
- It includes the Utgard and Sleipner fields
- The total 3D seismic acreage of the disclosed area is ~100 sq. km
- Petrophysical analysis and key lithology contents from five wells
By releasing this dataset, we are providing access to real data from the Norwegian Continental Shelf for students and geoscientists to train on. We hope that such opportunities will promote new developments and an exchange of knowledge in the FORCE Hackathon and beyond.
