Dr. Tomas Kjennerud - CEO
With over 30 years of industry experience, Tomas founded Exploro in 2005, shaping the company into a leader in geological and geophysical solutions. Holding a PhD and MSc in Petroleum Geology from NTNU, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive Exploro’s success.
Harald Østby - COO
Having been with Exploro since the beginning, Harald has been a cornerstone of the company’s journey. With 30 years of industry experience and an MSc in Petroleum Geology from NTNU, Harald leads Exploro’s data acquisition and consulting services, ensuring high-quality results for clients worldwide.
Bjørn Seeland - CMO
Bjørn brings over 15 years of petroleum geoscience expertise to his role as Chief Marketing Officer. With an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from NTNU, he is responsible for business development and marketing, connecting Exploro’s innovative solutions with clients globally.
Vibeke Svendsen - HR & Office Manager
With over 15 years of administrative experience and nearly a decade at Exploro, Vibeke ensures structure and professionalism in all aspects of HR and office management. Holding a degree in Economics and Marketing from BI, she is dedicated to supporting Exploro’s people and driving internal success.
